Meet Dr. Izzy
Dr. Izzy was born and raised in New York before moving to South Florida, where he attended Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. His passion for pediatric dentistry grew from his desire to help children feel comfortable, understood, and confident during dental visits. After earning his dental degree, Dr. Izzy completed an advanced pediatric dentistry residency at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, where he served as Chief Resident and gained extensive experience caring for infants, children, adolescents, children with special healthcare needs, and medically complex patients.
During his residency, Dr. Izzy received advanced training in comprehensive pediatric dental care, including oral conscious sedation and hospital-based procedures involving general anesthesia. He continues to expand his knowledge through continuing education and remains actively involved with professional organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and Florida Dental Association. His calm, friendly approach helps children feel at ease, while his clear communication keeps parents informed about their child’s oral health and treatment options. Outside the office, Dr. Izzy enjoys spending time with his wife, Brittany, their doodle Jackson, and exploring the outdoors through activities like boating, camping, and skiing.
